Refund & returns policy

ORDERS

All orders must be paid in full before we will accept them. We accept orders to addresses in the UK, Europe and United States of America.

Your order will be cancelled if:

  • We have been unable to process your payment, or payment is later cancelled by a bank or merchant service provider.
  • Payment has been made fraudulently or by illegal means.
  • We do not supply to your address.

In the event that your payment has been received but we need to cancel your order for any reason, you will be full reimbursed to the credit or debit card used to make the order.

SHIPPING

Prints

Print orders are typically processed within 24 hours. They will then be printed and shipped. Our normal print and ship time is 3-5 days. You will be emailed updates and a tracking number for your order.

If  you have not received your order within 7 days please get in touch so we can investigate. We will not be held responsible for your order if you have not told us within 14 days from receiving your order confirmation email.

Clothing

T-shirt and sweatshirt orders are typically processed within 48 hours. They will then be printed and shipped. Our normal print and ship time is 3-6 days. You will be emailed updates and a tracking number for your order.

If  you have not received your order within 9 days please get in touch so we can investigate. We will not be held responsible for your order if you have not told us within 20 days from receiving your order confirmation email.

iPhone cases orders are typically processed within 48 hours. They will then be printed and shipped. Our normal print and ship time is 3-6 days. You will be emailed updates and a tracking number for your order.

Samsung Phone Cases

Mug orders are typically processed within 48 hours. They will then be printed and shipped. Our normal print and ship time is 8-11 days. You will be emailed updates and a tracking number for your order.

If you have not received your order within 14 days please get in touch so we can investigate. We will not be held responsible for your order if you have not told us within 21 days from receiving your order confirmation email.

Bespoke

Once all information has been received from the customer, bespoke products will be created within 7 days. Once approved by the customer, our normal print and ship time applies – 3 – 6 days. You will be emailed updates and a tracking number for your order.

If you have not received your order within 14 days please get in touch so we can investigate. We will not be held responsible for your order if you have not told us within 20 days from receiving your order confirmation email.

REFUNDS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges are liable to return and shipping fees. 

Bespoke products are non-refundable. 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
    2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
